This is the best foot cream I have ever used, not too oily, smells great and even my podiatrist has noticed the difference, and the glass file is amazing too.

Best I’ve used for very dry and cracked heels
I love the foot cream & use it every night. However the glass file feels great for the first couple of times but then it seems to not be as effective - as if it's worn down. I follow the instructions and clean it after every use but it hasn't helped.
