Glowxie Refund & Returns Policy 

We want you to be delighted with your Glowxie order. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it easy to put things right.

Changed your mind?

  • You can return items that are unused, unopened and with all hygiene seals intact.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the product price (plus standard delivery if you’re returning your whole order).

  • Return postage is covered by you unless we’ve made a mistake.

  • For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to refund items that have been opened or used 

Faulty or damaged items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we’ll fix it straight away:

  • You can choose a replacement or a refund.

  • We’ll cover the cost of return postage for faulty or damaged items.

  • Even if a product has been opened or tried, you still have the right to a refund or replacement if it’s faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

  • Once we process your return, please allow up to 7 working days for it to show in your account.

  • Your order number

  • What’s gone wrong

  • A quick photo (if helpful)

We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible with the next steps.
