We're based in Birmingham, UK. All Glowxie orders ship directly from our head office in Birmingham.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 3:30PM the same day. For customers within the United Kingdom, your order should arrive within 2 business days via Royal Mail. If you do not receive your order within 3 days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure to get you Glowxie in no time!

We ship orders placed before 3:30PM the same day Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
Q. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us.
Q. WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
Q. WHAT IS GLOWXIE MADE FROM?
Glowxie is made from 100% toughened glass. Not only is this better for the environment, it is much more hygienic than traditional foot files.
Q. HOW LONG WILL MY GLOWXIE LAST?
Glowxie is designed to last between one and two years.
Q. HOW DO I CLEAN GLOWXIE
Simply run under warm water after each use to wash away skin cells.
Q. WILL THE FILES CUT MY SKIN?
Unlike traditional foot files that have sharp edges, Glowxie was designed with smooth rounded edges. These rounded edges offer much better protection to the skin since they do not work by cutting. With all foot files, you should rub gently and regularly check the skin.
Q. WHY DOES GLOWXIE HAVE TWO FILES?
Glowxie was designed to leave the skin feeling soft, healthy and revived. Step one is designed to easily remove hard skin and calluses. Step two is to exfoliate the skin to leave a smoother finish.
Q. ARE BOTH SIDES ABRASIVE OR ONE?
One side. Glowxie features two different files, one to safely remove hard skin and the other to gently exfoliate the skin to leave a smooth finish. The files are on one side. The edges and other side are really smooth to ensure maximum comfort when in use.
Q. HOW BIG IS GLOWXIE?
Glowxie is designed to comfortably fit into the palm of the hand. Weighing 43 grams and measuring 11.5cm x 4.2cm x 0.4cm Glowixe is lightweight and portable.
