Glowxie Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Method
All Glowxie orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
This includes Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48, which provides end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation.
Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).Once dispatched, customers receive a confirmation email containing their tracking number.
Delivery Confirmation
Royal Mail Tracked services provide proof of delivery, which may include:

A delivery scan

GPS location data
-
A delivery photograph taken at the point of delivery
For Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48, delivery is typically attempted at the recipient’s delivery address. If no one is available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail may leave the item in a safe place at the property, including but not limited to:

Behind or inside an open door
-
Porch or entranceway
-
Other locations deemed reasonable by the courier
This is standard Royal Mail practice.
Risk Transfer & Responsibility
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, as confirmed by Royal Mail tracking and delivery evidence, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Glowxie is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after confirmed delivery, including situations where:

A door is open at the time of delivery

The parcel is left in a safe or reasonable location by the courier

The parcel is accessed by a third party after delivery
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Glowxie cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Non-Receipt Claims
If a customer believes their parcel has not been received:

They must contact Glowxie within 14 days of the delivery confirmation

Glowxie will review Royal Mail tracking, GPS data, and delivery images
Where Royal Mail confirms delivery to the correct address, including photographic and GPS evidence, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
Chargebacks & Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

Glowxie will provide proof of dispatch, tracking information, and delivery confirmation

Evidence may include courier delivery photographs and GPS-verified delivery location
Orders confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail will be contested as validly fulfilled transactions
